About Catalyst Business Group
Catalyst Business Group was launched in June 2010 by Pat Bensky and Jenny Shervell, two small-business owners based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, UK. Bored with attending unproductive networking meetings, they felt that what they really needed was a group where they could get practical, helpful advice and support from fellow business owners.

| Jenny is a Chartered member of the CIPD and TCA Accredited Personal Performance and Small Business Coach. Co-founder of Catalyst, Jenny runs her own HR and Small Business Coaching Consultancy (JS Consultancy Services) and works principally with small business owners, supporting them to achieve business success. With over 25 years' experience of working at senior level in both public sector and SMEs, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to the Catalyst Business Group. |
